Auckland Airport’s NZ$350 Million Bond Issue Attracts Strong Investor Demand
On 6 November, Auckland International Airport confirmed allocation of NZ$350 million in five-year fixed-rate bonds at 4.74% per annum, following a bookbuild that attracted substantial investor demand. The transaction provides a major example of New Zealand infrastructure-company debt financing; it is a bond issue, not an acquisition. No new acquisition price or completed merger value was verified for this reporting period. HPC can support corporate-finance research, transaction screening and investor analysis.
